This is a switchcraft TA3M 3 pin mini xlr male socket to switchcraft TA4F 4 pin mini xlr female socket. The input socket is silver plated of very high quality & suitable for Akg lavalier lapel headset microphones that use the ta3f mini male xlr plug. It is compatible with Shure bodypack transmitters.
Basically this adaptor allows you to use any akg headset/lapel microphones on any Shure bodypack transmitter.
