YPA products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product (Exchange/Refund Claim), a new product may be exchanged for another YPA product or returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions. To obtain an exchange or refund, you must obtain an Return Merchandise Number (RMA), and YPA must receive the product with your original packing slip/UPC label and proof of purchase within the Exchange/Refund Period.
